At a meeting of Bury Parish Council on August 24, following the presentation by Victoria Holland Architects of the plans for the refurbishment of the village Hall and their approval by the council, it was resolved by the council to mount a full consultation process within the parish, involving newsletters, leaflets, display boards, meetings, online resources and social media, including proposals to raise the funds, to demonstrate the advantages of the scheme and gain community backing, before making a planning application for the changes.
