As can be seen from item 8 on the agenda, in a pre-application planning discussion, a plan (a copy of which is attached to the agenda) was presented to the Council for a potential six-unit development on a piece of land in Bury referred to as the ‘Twitten’. Bury Parish Council, in its role as a statutory consultee for all planning applications in Bury, has now drafted a written response to the developer, the text of which can be accessed here.
