After the Covid enforced break, the monthly coffee mornings in Bury Village Hall are set to resume on Saturday 4th December with doors opening at 10.30am as usual – Diana and Ken (831475) are very kindly acting as hosts. As always, the entry fee of £1 will include coffee or tea and some delicious cake and of course there will be the opportunity to win some excellent prizes in the raffle (proceeds to the village hall “fund”).
It is a long time since we have been able to meet socially at such an event so we look forward to welcoming back our regulars and, hopefully, to greeting the more recently arrived residents who might like this opportunity to get to know the village and its people.
Donations of raffle prizes (which can be brought along on the day) are always most welcome – and if you are able to bake and bring a cake it would be greatly appreciated!
