Following last week’s West Sussex County Council Elections, Tom Richardson is now the County Councillor for Rother Valley. One of Tom’s major priorities is Roads and Transport and as chairman of the South Downs Safer Roads working group he will continue to work with the police and other agencies to tackle speeding and noise related issues.
The election for the Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner resulted in the re-election of Katy Bourne – parishioners will recall that Katy has been very active in working with Sussex Police to find a permanent solution to the anti-social behaviour on the county’s road network with particular emphasis on the A29 and Bury Hill.
