PUBLIC NOTICE
Temporary closure of Bignor Road, Bignor CP, 25th February 2026.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that from the date specified below, West Sussex County Council has temporarily closed to all traffic, Bignor Road, Bignor CP, in the Chichester District under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, on Bignor Road between the northern and southern junctions with Back Lane for a distance approx 102 metres.
The temporary closure is scheduled to commence on 25th February 2026 for up to 5 days (it is estimated to be completed on 25th February 2026) and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while BT conducts pole replacement works.
The restriction will be in place 24hrs/day-time/off peak/overnight only from 08:00 until
18:00
