The following is a message from Sarah and Janet, our local minibus organisers, seeking to ensure that parishioners continue to be able to access this vital service:
WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE? VOLUNTEER WITH US!
West Sussex Minibus is a vital component of village life, helping the less able and those in remote areas to do their shopping and enjoy social outings.
We have a rota of five drivers and four escorts, but with illness and holidays this number has inevitably reduced, putting this valuable service in jeopardy.
Typically, volunteers are called upon one Thursday morning a month and all would say that the ‘bus morning’ also benefits them, and is time well spent.
Please consider volunteering for this inestimable service.
