Changes to the Highway Code came into effect on 29th January introducing a hierarchy of road users, creating ‘clearer and stronger priorities’ for pedestrians. Details of the changes have been available electronically on the government’s website here. It is also possible to obtain a Kindle version but the printed book version was not released at the time. It is now understood that the book will be published on 16th April and will be available to purchase from bookshops and online retailers etc. at a cost of £4.99.
