Born Redhill, Surrey. After school, gained HNC Construction at Guildford and Croydon Technical College. Spent working life in civil engineering construction as engineering manager, including a tour in Kenya. Now semi retired, working part time pricing construction tenders and capitalising on lifelong hobby as a clay pigeon shooting instructor. Married 2015 to Judith and share two sons from Chris’s first marriage and their families, both resident in Sydney. Chris and Judith often seen walking their two Cocker Spaniels in the village. Bury councillor since April 2019.
