The Parish Council is delighted to announce that the Sussex Police Cyber Security Officer has agreed to attend Bury Village Hall on Monday 3rd June at 7pm to give a presentation on staying safe online.
The presentation will be packed with advice to empower you to spot online scams. Other topics include online account security, phishing awareness, and digital footprints as well as an overview of the current threats and resources available.
Feedback from sessions in other locations has been overwhelmingly positive with over 83% of the 831 people surveyed stating they were very satisfied and will change their online behaviour as a result of the presentation.
The session will last 1 hour which includes 15 minutes for Q&As.
